As Publication Coordinator, Harley's responsibilities include designing and updating the web, CD ROM, print and disk versions of SCI PILOT. He comes to the team having built websites professionally since 1996, and with a background in filmmaking, cinematography and film lighting.Andrea Lee (andrea@scipilot.com)
Andrea Lee is the Communication Coordinator on the SCI PILOT team. Since graduating from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education, she has been involved in SCI research - investigating issues of quality of life and long-term health following injury - for several years. Andrea is currently an Exercise Therapist at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute - The Lyndhurst Centre.Tom Nantais (tnantais@scipilot.com)
Tom is a co-investigator for SCI PILOT. He does assistive technology research at The Toronto Rehabilitation Institute and coordinates it's Assistive Technology Program.Greg Papp (greg@scipilot.com)
Greg is SCI PILOT's project co-ordinator. He is responsible for recruiting participants and volunteers, as well as organising meetings and events. He has an architecture degree and works as a designer and project manager in the building industry.Fraser Shein (fshein@scipilot.com)
Fraser is principal investigator for SCI PILOT. He is a senior rehabilitation engineer at Bloorview MacMillan Centre, Toronto, with twenty years experience in research and development of assistive technology, specializing in computer access.Pat Stoddart ( pat@scipilot.com)
Pat is responsible for interviewing participants. She is an Assistive Technology Consultant at Bloorview MacMillan Centre, Toronto and has a particular expertise in computer accessibility.Annette Sultana (annette@scipilot.com)
Annette is the writer for SCI PILOT. Her primary role within the team is to turn the "raw" participant interviews into informative, useful stories of people's experiences with assistive technology. Annette is a Certified Social Worker with a specialty in vocational rehabilitation. She is keenly interested in issues related to disability and quality of life.Mark Tonack (mtonack@scipilot.com)
Mark is co-director of SCI PILOT, and oversees the content development process. His most recent work at West Park Hospital, Toronto has focused on projects that develop a better understanding of long term health and quality of life following spinal cord injury. Mark's background is in anthropology, and he brings the qualitative research experience necessary to ensure that SCI PILOT's content is a credible reflection of participants' experiences.
